There are some conditions for signups to be counted:
an invited user needs to have a different IP address
a user you invite should have another device
a user being invited has to go through the onboarding process (without skipping the registration stage) and become an activated user
If the link doesn't work for some reason and the signup count doesn't increase, the users you invite should paste your invite link or code here:
To do that, the user should be activated (there is no such field if the user is absolutely new).
